Builderswork
We undertake groundworks, stonemasonry, blockwork, brickwork, and rendering as well as all associated trades.
Our operatives have experience of working with both cement and lime.
Plumbing and Heating
We can offer varied plumbing and heating solutions. These range from a conventional, or combi boiler system with radiators to an underfloor heating system serviced by a Ground Source Heat Pumps (GSHP) or an Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP). The option of solar thermal is also available.
Joinery
Our joiners can stick build, or erect, a prefabricated timberframe kit.
Additionally we have experience working with Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) and Panelo.
Roofing
We can offer a number of roofing systems. These include traditional slate roofs, standing seam aluminum roofing, corrugated metal roofing and various flat roofing options.
Electric Works
We have experience ranging from simple house wiring to a system incorporating seventeen (5.44kw) Photo Voltaic panels (PV) and associated battery back up. (4.8kwhr).
Painter Work
We offer tape and fill as well as internal and external decoration.
We can arrange for a colour consultant to provide guidance to help with your interior design.
Mechanical Ventilation and Heat Recovery
We offer the option of Mechanical Ventilation and Heat Recovery (MVHR) systems. MVHR systems offer improved air quality. This is especially important with the levels of air tightness associated with SIPs and Panel homes.
Project Management
We undertake comprehensive planning, scheduling and monitoring for the whole project. We work closely with our clients and their professional team.
We can fulfil the role of Principal Contractors under Construction (Design and Management) Regulations if required.
Kitchen and Bathrooms
We can undertake kitchen and bathroom design, and installation, for both new build and existing homes.
